บริษัท สยาม แคนนาบินอยด์ จำกัด ก่อตั้งขึ้นเมื่อปี 2564 จากการเห็นโอกาสทางธุรกิจของธุรกิจกัญชา กัญชงทางการแพทย์ ระยะแรกบริษัทเป็นเพียงแต่ผู้ปลูกและรวบรวมผลผลิตจากเกษตรกรส่งโรงงานสกัดสมุนไพร แต่เมื่อวันที่ 9 มิถุนายน 2565 รัฐบาลไทยได้ถอดกัญชา กัญชง ออกจากบัญชียาเสพติด บริษัทฯ จึงได้เริ่ม จำหน่ายกัญชา กัญชง และสารสกัดที่เกี่ยวข้องให้กับประชาชนทั่วไป โดยในช่วงแรกมีการจัดจำหน่ายในคลินิกของบริษัทก่อน แต่พบว่าตลาดเริ่มมีความต้องการกัญชาเพื่อสันทนาการมากขึ้น บริษัทฯ จึงได้มีการจัดจำหน่ายแฟรนไชส์ “SiamCann สยามกัญ” เพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการที่มากขึ้นของตลาด
